How it works
Castles can offer a basic level of Archive Storage for documents. This allows companies to place boxed documents in long term storage and retrieve them if called upon to do so.

Or you may wish to take it a step further to include Records management. This is a comprehensive storage and retrieval system of individual files or documents which may be in intermittent or even regular use. These would include commercial documents, legal papers, hospital records, financial accounts, etc. All documents may be called off when needed and delivered within a few hours.

We can offer a collection and delivery service upon your request from 1 file to many cartons.

Confidential Destruction
Castles also offers the service to securely dispose of any data containing personal information, which may include names, addresses, financial and legal documentation . Almost every business be it small or large generates documents containing sensitive information. The destructioon of this information can become neccessary for any number of reasons.

Castles offer a security shredding service for sensitive documentation. You simply pack your documents into one of our 20kg sacks, seal it your self, and then call us to collect it. The sack is then shredded and a certificate of destruction issued. Please contact for further information on this service.

Archive Cartons
We also supply a wide range of packing materials including archive cartons.
